Prep Time: 10min Cook time: 10min Ingredients: 1/4 cupquick cooking rolled oats,1/4 cupwhole wheat flour (gehun ka atta),1/4 cupjowar (white millet) flour,1/4 cupfinely chopped onions,1/4 cupfinely chopped tomatoes,saltto taste,1 tspginger-green chili paste,2 tbspchopped coriander (dhania),1 1/4 tspoil for greasing and cooking, Instructions: In a bowl, add oats, wheat flour, jowar flour, chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, salt, ginger-green chili paste, chopped coriander leaves and also add a little water and mix it nicely and make a thick batter. Heat a non-stick tawa (griddle) and grease it lightly by using ¼ tsp of oil and pour a ladleful of the batter on the tawa (griddle) and spread in a circular motion to make a 100 mm. (4”) diameter round pancake. Cook on a low flame till it turns golden brown in color from both the sides by using ¼ tsp of oil. Once done, switch off the flame and transfer it on serving plate and serve it any sauce of your choice.
