Crunchy and Tangy Tomato Pasta Recipe

Crunchy and Tangy Tomato Pasta is a popular restaurant dish which is loved by all. This dish can be very easily prepared at your home within few minutes. It has a nice crunchy taste of tomatoes. This dish prefect and tasty dish for your kid’s. It has a nice taste, flavors and texture and also has a nice taste and flavor of garlic. Let’s follow this easy and tasty recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cupsblanched , peeled , deseeded and roughly chopped tomatoes
- 1 cupcooked whole wheat pasta ( in pan, add pasta and also add enough water and cook till it is soft)
- 2 tspolive oil
- 2 tspfinely chopped garlic (lehsun)
- 1 cupblanched broccoli florets
- 1/4 cupfresh basil , torn into pieces
- 1 tspdry red chili flakes (paprika)
- saltto taste
Directions
- Heat the oil in a broad, non-stick pan, add the garlic and fry on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
- Add the broccoli and fry on a medium flame for 1 more minute and add the tomatoes, basil, chili flakes and salt, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes and stir occasionally.
- Add the Penne, mix it gently and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes and stir occasionally.
- Once done, switch off the flame and transfer it in a bowl and serve it hot.
