Crunchy and Crispy Chicken Recipe

Crispy Chicken is a deep fried snack that is loved by all. This snack is a crispy, crunchy party starter dish and also a prefect snack with evening tea. This dish can be very easily be prepare at your home with few ingredients within few minutes. Try this crispy, tempting, and lip-smacking snacks at your home.
Ingredients
- 1Chicken breasts, skinless
- for fryingCooking oil
- RiceVermicelli Noodles (Thin), as required, for coating
For marination
- 2 tablespoonsTomato Ketchup
- 2 teaspoonsSoya sauce
- 1 tablespoonRed Chili sauce
- 1 tablespoonGinger garlic paste
- 1Egg, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoonBlack pepper powder
- Saltas per need
- 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder (Haldi)
- 1/4 teaspoonRed chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoonTandoori masala
- 1 teaspoonWhite vinegar
- 1 tablespoonBread crumbs
Directions
- Wash the chicken in enough water and then cut chicken into strips and keep it aside.
- In a bowl, add tomato ketchup, soya sauce, red chili sauce, ginger garlic paste, egg. Pepper, salt, turmeric powder, tandoori masala, vinegar, bread crumbs and mix it nicely.
- Add the chicken strips to this mixture, mix it nicely and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
- In a pan add oil and fry the vermicelli and fry until golden in color and drain it on a tissue paper and coat the chicken strips in fried vermicelli and heat oil in a pan and slowly drop the vermicelli coated chicken strip into the hot oil and fry till crisp.
- Heat oil in a skillet. Coat individual chicken strips with cooked vermicelli.
- Drain on a tissue paper and serve it with any sauce of your choice.
