Yummy Baby Corn and Soya Stir Fry Recipe

Baby Corn and Soya Stir Fry is a fusion stir fry dish that has a nice combination of soya chunks and baby corn. This dish is very easy and quick to make and it is also very colorful and tempting. This dish has a soft texture, crunchy taste, and nice flavor. This dish will be a hit at any parties. Try this wonderful stir fry recipe at your home.
Ingredients
- 1 cupparboiled baby corn, cut into 25 mm (1") pieces
- 1/2 cupsoya chunks (nuggets)
- 2 tspchopped garlic (lehsun)
- 1/4dozen chopped spring onions whites
- 1/2 cupcapsicum cubes
- 3/4 cupsliced mushrooms (khumbh)
- 3 tspsoya sauce
- 2 tbsptomato chili sauce
- 1/2 cupchopped spring onion greens
- 1 tbspoil
- a pinchof sugar
- saltto taste
Directions
- In a bowl soak the soya chunks in warm water for 10 to 15 minutes and then squeeze out all the water from the soya chunks.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the garlic, spring onion whites and capsicum and fry on a high flame till the onions turn golden brown in color.
- Add the mushrooms and fry for 1 minute and add the soya chunk and baby corn and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the soya sauce, tomato-chili sauce, sugar and salt and cook for 2 minutes and add spring onion greens and cook for a minute.
- Serve it with hot rice and complete a hearty meal.
