Tasty Corn and Capsicum Tikki Recipe

Corn and Capsicum Tikki is a healthy, nutritious snack that is delicately flavored with various seasoning. It is very simple to prepare and also has a nice textured and delicious flavor. This tikki is also colorful and attractive and loved by kid’s. This tikki can be served as a tea time snack and also can be served in any parties as a starter snack dish.
Ingredients
- 1 cupSweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
- 1/2 cupFinely chopped capsicum
- 2 tspFinely chopped green chilies
- 4 tbspRice flour (chawal ka atta)
- SaltTo Taste

- For Deep-FryingOil
Directions
- In a blender add corn and blend it to coarse paste and then transfer it to a bowl.
- Add chopped capsicum, green chilies, rice flour, and salt and mix it well.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and roll each portion into a round flat tikki.
- Heat the oil in a deep non-stick kadhai and deep-fry a few Tikki at a time and fry till they turn golden brown in color from all the sides.
- Drain on an absorbent paper and serve it with green chutney.
