Healthy Bajra Aloo Paratha Recipe

Bajra Aloo Paratha is one delicacy which is very delicious and healthy. It is made with Black millet flour (Bajra), aloo (potato), and seasoned with spices to enhance more flavors. It is very easy to prepare and perfect for weekend breakfast. You can serve this paratha with any side dish.
Ingredients
- 2 cupsBajra (black millet) flour
- 3/4 cupBoiled , peeled and mashed potatoes
- 1/4 cupFinely chopped onions
- 1/4 cupFinely chopped coriander (dhania)
- 2 tspGinger-green chili paste
- 1 tspDried mango powder (amchur)
- 1/2 tspGaram masala (optional)
- SaltTo Taste
- For RollingBajra (black millet) flour
- 2 tspGhee for cooking
Directions
- In a bowl, add Bajra flour, mashed potatoes, chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves, ginger-green chili paste, mango powder,garam masala, salt, and enough water and knead into a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out each portion into a 150 mm. (6") diameter circle by using a little Bajra flour.
- Heat a non-stick tawa (griddle) and cook each roti by using ¼ tsp of ghee and cook till it turns golden brown in color from both the sides.
- Serve it with any raita of your choice.
