Allow the mixture to cool completely and blend till smooth and keep it aside. Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the dried fenugreek leaves and chili powder and saute on a medium flame for a few seconds. Add the prepared tomato-onion mixture, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes and stir occasionally. Add the paneer cubes, sugar and salt, mix it gently and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes and stir occasionally. Directions
