Masala French Toast Recipe

Masala French Toast is made with a handful of simple and fresh ingredients. This spicy version of French is super easy to make. A dash of spices, add an authentic Indian flavor and taste to this toast. This can be served for weekend breakfast or as a snack with evening tea.
Ingredients
- 3 cupsBread slices
- 1/4 tspEggs
- as requiredCooking oil, or butter
- 2 tablespoonsMilk
- 1 tablespoonRed Chili flakes
- saltas per your taste
- 3sprig Coriander leaves (Dhania), finely chopped
- 1/4 tablespoonBlack pepper powder
- 1Onion, finely chopped
- 2 to 3Green Chilies, finely chopped
Directions
- In a bowl, break the eggs and then add milk and mix it nicely and then add chili flakes, salt and black pepper and mix it nicely
- Heat oil in a wide pan and take a bread slice, dip it in the egg mixture and put it in the pan.
- Spread some onion, green chilies and coriander on the top of bread and pour some egg mixture on it again.
- Flip the bread on the other side and cook on a medium flame till it brown in color and once done, switch off the flame
- Serve this toast with a cup of hot tea or coffee.
