Chop the cauliflower, cabbage, capsicum, carrot and zucchini into very fine pieces and transfer the veggies to a bowl and add salt and white pepper powder and add the mashed potatoes to the veggies mixture, mix it well and make small oval shaped balls from the mixture. In a bowl add maida and gradually add water. make a thick batter and coat the vegetable balls in prepared mixture and heat a pan with oil and slowly drop the ball in the hot oil and deep fry till brown in color and drain on an tissue paper and keep it aside. In a bowl add soya sauce, red chili sauce, food color, and vinegar and mix it nicely and keep it aside. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and when the seeds start to pop up and add the sliced onion. Add ginger, garlic and green chillies, sliced capsicum, carrot and cabbage and fry on a high flame. Add cornstarch and mix it well and cook on a low flame for few minutes and add the fried balls, salt and sauce mixture and green spring onions and cook for 2 more minutes and serve it hot with rice. Ingredients

  • 1 cupcauliflower
  • 1/2 cupcabbage
  • 1 mediumcapsicum
  • 1/2carrot
  • 1/2zucchini

Directions
