Delicious Vegetable 65 Recipe

Vegetable 65 is tasty and delicious Indo-Chinese starter that is prepared with various veggies and flavored with different seasoning. This appetizer recipe has an amazing flavor, taste and it also healthy. This dish is a perfect appetizer for any occasion and it is very easy to prepare. Let’s follow this recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 cupcauliflower
- 1/2 cupcabbage
- 1 mediumcapsicum
- 1/2carrot
- 1/2zucchini
- 2potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1onion, sliced
- 1/2 cupgreen bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 teaspooncarrot, sliced
- 1 teaspooncabbage, shredded
- 1 teaspoonginger, chopped
- 1 tablespoongarlic, chopped
- 2green chillies, fine chopped
- 1/2 teaspooncumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoonsoya sauce
- 1/2 teaspoonred chili sauce
- 1 teaspoonvinegar
- 1/12 teaspoonwhite pepper powder
- 2 tablespoonmaida
- 1 tablespooncornflour (in bowl add water and cornflour, mix it nicely)
- 1/10 teaspoonred orange food color
- fewSpring onions (for garnishing)

- Oilfor deep frying
Directions
- In a bowl add mashed potatoes and keep it aside and in a bowl add the cornflour, 1 cup of water and keep it aside.
- Chop the cauliflower, cabbage, capsicum, carrot and zucchini into very fine pieces and transfer the veggies to a bowl and add salt and white pepper powder and add the mashed potatoes to the veggies mixture, mix it well and make small oval shaped balls from the mixture.
- In a bowl add maida and gradually add water. make a thick batter and coat the vegetable balls in prepared mixture and heat a pan with oil and slowly drop the ball in the hot oil and deep fry till brown in color and drain on an tissue paper and keep it aside.
- In a bowl add soya sauce, red chili sauce, food color, and vinegar and mix it nicely and keep it aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and when the seeds start to pop up and add the sliced onion.
- Add ginger, garlic and green chillies, sliced capsicum, carrot and cabbage and fry on a high flame.
- Add cornstarch and mix it well and cook on a low flame for few minutes and add the fried balls, salt and sauce mixture and green spring onions and cook for 2 more minutes and serve it hot with rice.
