Tasty Chana Chaat Recipe

Chana Chaat is a delicious high protein chaat recipe made using chickpeas. Boiled chickpeas along with crunchy bits of paneer cubes, cucumber and onions give perfect texture and flavor to this chaat. This chaat can be served as a starter at any party or can be served as a appetizer after any meal.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cupssoaked and boiled Kabul chana (white chick peas)
- 1/2 cuppaneer (cottage cheese) cubes
- 1/2cucumber
- 1spring onion
- 2 tbsptomato ketchup
- 1 tspchaat masala
- 1 tspchopped coriander (dhania) leaves
- saltto taste
Directions
- Peel the cucumber and cut into small pieces and keep it aside and also chop the spring onion whites and greens and keep it aside.
- In a bowl add the chick peas, paneer cubes, cucumber pieces and chopped spring onions and mix it well.
- Add the tomato ketchup, chaat masala, coriander and salt and toss it well and transfer it to a serving bowl and top it with green chutney and serve it.
