Heat a pan, add some oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves and asafoetida and fry for a minute and switch off the flame and then pour it over the chutney and stir it well.   • 1/4 cupRoasted Chana Dal ( in a pan dry roast the chana dal until brown in color)

  • 1 teaspoonMustard seeds
  • 2 teaspoonTamarind Paste
  • 1 tablespoonCooking oil
  • saltto taste
