Add the chopped cabbage, grated carrot, coriander leaves, green chilies and salt and mix it well. Just before making the pancakes, add the fruit salt and 2 tbsp of water to the batter and when the bubbles form, mix it gently. Add 2 tsp of oil and mix it gently and grease a non-stick tawa with a little oil. Pour a spoonful batter into the tawa and spread it lightly and brush a little oil over it and cook till they turn crisp and golden brown color from both the sides. Serve it hot with onion chutney. Semolina Pancake is soft, spongy, and melts in your mouth pancake recipe. This pancake is made from semolina (rava), curd and with some veggies.These pancakes are crispy, soft and also loaded with flavors. It is perfect for weekend breakfast and perfect with any side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupssemolina (rava)
  • 3/4 cupfresh curd (dahi)
  • 1/2 cupfinely chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cupgrated carrot
  • 1/4 cupfinely chopped coriander leaves (dhania)
  • 1 tbspfinely chopped green chilies
  • saltto taste
  • 2 tspfruit salt
  • 4 tspoil

Directions
