Divide the mixture into equal portions and keep it aside. How to proceed Place all the bread slices on a clean, dry surface and spread a portion of the topping evenly over the bread. Heat a non-stick tawa (griddle) and grease it with a little oil and place the bread slice on it with the topping side facing downwards and cook it on a medium flame by using a little oil and cook till the topping turns golden brown in color. For The Topping

  • 1/4 cupsemolina (rava)

  • 2 tbspfinely chopped capsicum
  • 2 tbspfinely chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbspfinely chopped coriander (dhania)
  • 2 tbspurd (dahi)
  • 1/4 tspchili powder

Directions
