Tasty and Yummy Rava Toast Recipe

Rava Toast is an innovative version of traditional toast. Mildly spiced and tasty filling with a crispy toasted bread. This is very easy to make and perfect for busy days. It is just fantastic with a cup of tea and coffee. Let’s follow this recipe.
Ingredients
For The Topping
- 1/4 cupsemolina (rava)
- 2 tbspfinely chopped onions
- 2 tbspfinely chopped capsicum
- 2 tbspfinely chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbspfinely chopped coriander (dhania)
- 2 tbspurd (dahi)
- 1/4 tspchili powder
- Saltto taste
- 4whole wheat bread slices
- oilfor greasing and cooking

Directions
For the topping
- In a bowl add rava, chopped onions, chopped capsicum, tomatoes, curd, chili powder and salt and mix it well.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and keep it aside.
How to proceed
- Place all the bread slices on a clean, dry surface and spread a portion of the topping evenly over the bread.
- Heat a non-stick tawa (griddle) and grease it with a little oil and place the bread slice on it with the topping side facing downwards and cook it on a medium flame by using a little oil and cook till the topping turns golden brown in color.
- Flip it and cook on the other side and cook till they turn golden brown in color and once done, cut each toasts diagonally into 2 equal pieces.
- Serve it with nacho chips and enjoy it.
