Tasty Cheesy Vegetable Pasta Recipe

Cheesy Vegetable Pasta is a one pot meal which is very easy to make and taste delicious. This pasta is loaded with vegetables and cheese. The various seasoning adds a nice aroma and flavor to the dish.
Ingredients
- 2cheese slices, torn into pieces
- 3/4 cupthinly sliced colored capsicum (red, yellow, and green)
- 1/4 cupboiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
- 1 1/2 cupscooked penne (in a deep pan add water and add the pasta and boil until soft)
- 1 tbspbutter
- 1/2 cupmilk
- saltand freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
Directions
- Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the capsicum and fry on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Add the penne, milk, salt, pepper, sweet corn, and cheese slices, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes and stir occasionally.
- Switch off the flame and transfer it to a serving bowl and serve it hot with a chill glass of juice.
