Tasty Corn Cheese Balls Recipe

Corn Cheese Balls are a great blend of cheese, corn, and different seasoning. These balls are great as an appetizer for any parties and also can be served as a snack with evening tea. Let’s follow this tasty recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 tbspbutter
- 2 1/2 tbspplain flour (maida)
- 1/2 cupwarm milk
- 3/4 cupboiled and crushed sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
- 1/4 cupfinely chopped coriander (dhania)
- 2 tspfinely chopped green chilies
- 1/3 cupgrated processed cheese
- saltto taste
- breadcrumbs for coating
- oilfor deep-frying
To Be Mixed Into A Batter
- 1 cupplain flour (maida)
- 3/4 cupwater
Directions
- In a bowl add flour and water and make a smooth batter and keep it aside and in plate spread breadcrumbs and keep it aside.
- Heat the butter in a deep non-stick pan, add the flour and cook for a minute and add milk and cook on a low flame till the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan and stir continuously.
- Switch off the flame and transfer to a bowl and add the corn, cheese, coriander, green chilies and salt and mix it well and divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a round ball.
- Dip a few balls at a time in the flour-water mixture and roll them in the breadcrumbs till they are evenly coated from all the sides.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep-fry the balls a few at a time on a medium flame till they are golden brown in color from all the sides.
- Drain on an absorbent paper and serve it with any sauce of your choice.
