For mango smoothie
- 1 cupMango (Ripe), roughly chopped
- 1/4 cupYogurt (Curd)
- 2 tablespoonsHeavy whipping cream, or milk
- 1/2 tablespoonHoney
- 1/4 cupCrushed ice
- as requiredSugar
- 1 cupMixed berries, frozen or fresh(you can use any berries of your choice)
- 1 tablespoonSpinach, chopped
- 1 tablespoonKale or leaf cabbage, chopped
- 1/4 cupYogurt (Curd)
- 2 tablespoonsHeavy whipping cream, or regular milk
- 1/4 cupCrushed ice
- FewMixed berries for garnish
- as requiredSugar
For berry smoothie
Directions
For mango smoothie
- In a blender add chopped mangoes, curd, cream, sugar, honey, and crushed ice and blend until smooth and keep it aside.
For the berry smoothie
- In a blender add mixed berries, spinach, kale, curd, cream sugar, crushed ice and blend until smooth and keep it aside.
How to Proceed
- Take a serving glass and first pour the berry smoothie and then pour the mango smoothie on the top and garnish it with some berries of your choice.
- Serve it chill and enjoy.
