- 1 cupRed grapefruit
- 1 cupSliced banana
- 1 tablespoonChopped mint
- 1 tablespoonHoney
Directions
- Step1Reserve ¼ cup of grapefruit and drain juice with the remaining amount
- Step2Place the grapefruit slices, juice, banana, chopped mint and remaining honey in a bowl
- Step3Toss them gently and have it immediately
