Anti Cholesterol Shake Recipe – Anti Cholesterol Foods
Anti Cholesterol Smoothie is a combination of orange, papaya and banana. Sip your way towards stronger ticker with the simple juice and smoothie. Have a look.
Ingredients
- 1Orange
- 1 cupPapaya
- 1 cupBanana
- iceCrushed
Directions
- Place peeled orange and papaya in blender
- Blend them into juice
- Remove the juice to a bowl and add banana pieces to blender
- Blend it to smooth puree and add this to juice
- Transfer the juice to 2 juice glasses and serve it with crushed ice over the juice
You can strain the juice using muslin cloth and then serve it with crushed ice cubes immediately. The Anti Cholesterol shake is the combination of orange, papaya and banana.
