Baby Corn Bean Sprout Recipe
Bean Sprout Salad is much healthier than any other salad and is definitely a real hit in all of your occasions. Have it for your dinner and make your diet healthy.
Ingredients
- ½ cupBaby corn
- ½ cupBean sprouts
- ¼ cupSpring onions
- ¼ cupMushrooms
- ¼ cupCapsicum cubes
- ½ cupCucumber cubes
- 1 teaspoonOlive oil
- 3Finely chopped garlic
- 1 teasponBasil leaves
- 2 teaspoonsLemon juice
- 1 sachetSugar
- Saltto taste
- pinchPepper
Directions
- Place a pan on flame and add oil to it
- When the oil is hot, add chopped garlic and saute them till they turn golden brown in color
- Add basil leaves to it and mix them well
- Add lemon juice, sugar substitute, salt and pepper to it at the end
- Mix them well with the basil leaves and off the flame
- Transfer them to salad bowl
- Add chopped onions, boiled mushrooms, blanched baby corn, bean sprouts, capsicum pieces and cucumber cubes to it
- Toss them well and serve it immediately.
Toss it directly or you can also have it with Tomato Onion Raita.
