Easy Daddojanam Recipe – Curd Rice Recipe

Daddojanam is one of the main courses offered as naivedyam during Sankranthi, Durga Navaratris or Dasara days. To prepare and get the temple prasadam taste, use red chilies instead of green chilies. You can also pack it as meal and have it with any pickle.

Ingredients

  • 1 cupCurd
  • ½ cupMilk
  • 1 teaspoon greatedGreen chilies
  • 3Green chilies
  • 10 leavesCurry leaves
  • ½ teaspoonCumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoonBengal gram
  • 2 teaspoonsUrad dal
  • 1 teaspoonMustard seeds
  • 2Red chili
  • ¼ teaspoonBlack pepper
  • Saltto taste
  • 2 teaspoonsOil

Directions

  • Wash rice with water and pressure cook it in a cooker
