Authentic Chicken Korma Indian Recipe

Ingredients
- 500gmsChicken
- 1 tablespoonOil
- 2Onion
- 1 teaspoonGinger garlic paste
- 1 cupYogurt
- Saltto taste
- ½ teaspoonCumin seeds
- 1 teaspoonCoriander powder
- ¼ teaspoonBlack pepper powder
- 4Cloves
- 1Bay leaf
- 2Green cardamom
- ¼ teaspoonNutmeg
- 1 cupWater
- ¼ cupCoriander leaves
Directions
- Step1Place a pan on flame and oil to it
- Step2When the oil is hot, add sliced onions to it
- Step3Fry them till they turn golden brown in color
- Step4Remove them and drain them on oil absorbent papper
- Step5Add ginger garlic paste and fry them for few seconds
- Step6Add chicken pieces and fry them till it changes the color
- Step7Add whipped yogurt to it along with coriander powder, black pepper powder, cloves, bay leaf, green cardamom, cumin seeds
- Step8Cook the chicken until the meat becomes tender for about 15 minutes
- Step9Add water and close the lid
- Step10Cook for 10 more minutes and add nut meg at the end
- Step11Cook for 2 more minutes and off the flame
- Step12Finally garnish it with coriander leaves and fried onions.
Serve it hot with Tandoori Naan or any roti.
