Fresh Corn Pakora Recipe
Searching for Crunchy Corn Pakoda Recipe? Try this Crispy Corn Pakoda that is prepared with sweet corn, besan and yogurt. It is one of the best tea-time snacks during rainy season.
Ingredients
- 3 cupsCorn kernels
- 1Onion
- 3Green chilies
- 1 ½ inchGinger
- 3 tablespoonsFresh coriander leaves
- 3 tablespoonsBesan
- 1 tablespoonRice flour
- 1 tablespoonCorn flour
- Saltto taste
- for fryingOil
Directions
- Place a pan on flame and add oil to it
- While the oil is heating, prepare the pakoda mixture
- Take a bowl and add ground corn, chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, fresh coriander leaves and salt
- Mix them well
- Sprinkle besan, rice flour and corn flour over the mixture and mix them well
- Do not add water to the mixture as the moisture in sweet corn will be enough to blend the mixture
- Shape into small balls and place them in oil
- Deep fry them in the oil
- Fry the balls till they become golden brown in color
- Remove them on an oil absorbent paper and serve them hot with Sweet Lassi.
