Indian Bread Rolls Recipe
Try the Best Bread Rolls Recipe at home by following simple preparation steps below. Most of you would think that making the rolls is very complicated. But they are not when you just follow the steps here.
Ingredients
- 2.5 cupsWhole wheat flour
- ½ cupAll purpose flour
- ½ tablespoonFresh yeast
- 2 tablespoonsSunflower oil
- 2 tablespoonsSugar
- ½ teaspoonRock salt
- ¾ cupJam
- 2 tablespoonsDesiccated coconut
- 2 cupsWater
Directions
- Take a bowl and dissolve sugar in water
- Add fresh yeast and stir it perfectly. Let it sit for 10 minutes
- Mix wheat flour and all purpose flour
- Add salt to it
- Add oil to the flours and knead it to smooth dough
- Cover it and keep it aside for about 1 hour till the dough get doubled
- Punch the dough by placing it on a clean surface and roll it to rectangle shape
- Place the entire dough on greased pan
- Cover it and keep it aside for about 15 minutes
- Bake the bread for about 35 minutes under 180 degrees C or till the bread turns brown in color
- Remove it from oven and place it aside to cool
- Slice them into pieces and serve it to your guest with Jeera Pepper Kadhi.
