Chicken Lollipop Recipe Indian Style
When you looking for something to eat crispy and yummy, try this Chicken Lollipop at home and have it as evening snacks or you can also serve it as starter during meal. It is definitely mouth watering and an appetizer recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 kgChicken wings
- 1 cupAll purpose flour
- 3 teaspoonsCorn flour
- 2Eggs
- 3 teaspoonsGinger garlic paste
- ½ teaspoonRed chili powder
- little (Optional)Food color
- Saltto taste
- for fryingOil
Directions
- Wash the chicken pieces well with water and dry out using a muslin cloth
- Take a mixing bowl and add maida, corn flour, eggs, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, food color to it
- Mix them well and marinate the chicken pieces with the mixture for about 2 hours
- Add eggs to it and mix well with the chicken pieces
- Place a pan on flame and add oil for deep frying the chicken pieces
- Start adding the chicken pieces in the hot oil and fry them till they turn crisp golden brown in color for about 5 to 6 minutes
- Remove them from oil and place them on an oil absorbent paper
- Place them on serving bowl and serve them with freshly chopped cabbage, onions, tomatoes, etc. When you sprinkle the pieces with few lemon drops, the lollipops tastes excellent.
