Homemade Pizza Recipe without Oven

Ingredients
Dough Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cupsAll purpose flour
- ½ teaspoonSugar
- saltto taste
- 1 ½ teaspoonDry yeast
- 3 tablespoonsOlive oil
- 1 cupLuke warm water
- 2 tablespoonsAll purpose flour
Sauce Ingredients:
- 3 cupsCrushed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoonsOlive oil
- saltto taste
- 1 teaspoonItalian herbs
- 1 teaspoonSugar
- ¼ teaspoonBlack pepper
- 1Chili
- 2 teaspoonsCorn starch
Directions
- Add yeast to lukewarm water and set aside for about 5 minutes
- Add flour, sugar, salt, oil to a mixing bowl and mix them well to make a soft dough
- Add yeast water to the dough and mix it well. Make sure that the dough is soft and sticky
- Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the dough when it is ready
- Place the dough over a flavored surface and knead it until smooth
- Take a pan and grease it with oil all around
- Apply oil to the dough and set aside where it is hot for about 2 hours
- Knead the dough over smooth surface and divide it into 2 equal parts
- Now prepare the sauce for pizza. Add oil to the pan and add Italian herbs, chili, tomatoes to the pan
- Mix them well and saute them for 3 to 4 minutes
- Mix the corn starch with 2 tablespoons of water and add it to the tomato mixture
- Stir for 2 minutes until the sauce becomes little thick gravy
- Roll the dough to 13 inches circle and transfer it to the pan that is greased with oil
- Add spoon full of sauce on the dough placed in the pan and heat it on low flame
- Add the required vegetables and cook till the edges turn golden brown in color
- Turn to the other side and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes
- Off the flame and serve it hot with Spicy Mutton Curry or with any other curry.
