Tasty and Best Butter Naan Recipe

Try this most amazing butter Naan with just a simple mix up of maida. This is so soft and flavorful dish that tastes good with any curry. You will definitely relish after eating it. Have a look at the recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 cupsAll purpose flour
- 1 teaspoonDry yeast
- 1 tablespoonOil
- ¼ cupYogurt
- ½ cupLukewarm water
- ¼ cupButter
- Saltto taste
- 1 teaspoonSugar
Directions
- Dissolve the active dry yeast in water and keep it aside till it become frothy
- Take a mixing bowl and add maida (all purpose flour), salt, oil, yogurt to the bowl
- Mix them well to form a soft dough
- Cover the dough with moist paper towel and keep it in a warm place for about 20 minutes
- Then divide the dough into lemon sized balls and roll out to oval shape with roller or with hand
- Place a pan on flame and once it is hot, add the rolled naan to it
- Fry it till one side becomes golden brown in color
- Turn the other side and bake it for few seconds
- Then add it directly on flame and fry each side for 3 seconds
- Remove it from flame and place it on the serving plate.
Have it hot with Mutton Curry or Fish Curry.
