Mysore Bonda is the most popular snacks originated from Mysore. These are prepared from urad dal or black gram that turns out to be crispy after frying them in oil. Have it with fresh coconut chutney.

Ingredients

  • ½ cupUrad dal
  • 1 ½ tablespoonRice flour
  • ½ teaspoonCrushed black pepper
  • 1Green chili
  • ½ inchGinger chopped
  • 2 teaspoonsGrated coconut
  • 10 leavesCurry leaves
  • Saltto taste
  • Water
  • Oil

Directions
