Andhra Special Gongura Pachadi Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 bunchesGongura leaves
- 3 teaspoonsSesame seeds
- 2 teaspoonsUrad dal
- 1 teaspoonFenugreek seeds
- 1 teaspoonCoriander seeds
- 1 teaspoonCumin seeds
- 4Red chilies
- 2Green chilies
- 2 tablespoonsOil
- Saltto taste
Directions
- Step1Place a pan and add 1 tablespoon of oil to it
- Step2When the oil gets hot, add mustard seeds, Chana dal, Urad dal. Fry them till they become golden brown in color
- Step3Add red chilies to it and fry for 2 more minutes
- Step4Off the flame and keep them aside
- Step5Add gongura leaves to the pan and fry it for about 5 minutes
- Step6Add chilies to it and fry for 2 minutes
- Step7Grind the gongura and chilies to a fine paste and keep it aside
- Step8Add the dry roasted ingredients to the blender and grind it to smooth powder
- Step9Add this to the gongura leaves
- Step10Season it with salt and fried mustard seeds
- Step11The tasty Gongura Chutney is ready to serve
