Tasty Sapota Milk Shake Recipe
Fruits are important part of our diet as they lead to a healthy life. Try this Delicious Sapota Juice or Chikoo Milkshake also known as Sapodilla Juice at home and make your diet healthy.
Ingredients
- 1 cupChikoo pieces
- 1 ½ cupsCold milk
- 1 teaspoonSugar
Directions
- Peel the skin of sapota and discard all the seeds
- Place them in a blender and add little milk, sugar to it
- Blend them till they become smooth juice and serve it in a long glass by garnishing it with chopped dry fruits.
Add 2 or 3 dates to the ingredients before blending them. Replace sugar with honey for better result. Sapota helps to relieve the constipation and has many health benefiting antioxidants. It is also rich in dietary fiber, Vitamin C and Vitamin A. Apart from Sapota Milk Juice, you can also try Antioxidant Juice at home and have once a while.
