Easy Chocolate Pancake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cupRefined flour
- 3 tablespoonsGrated chocolate
- 1/3 cupCocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoonSoda
- 1 cupMilk
- 2 tablespoonsMelted butter
- 1Egg
- ¼ cupSugar
- pinchSalt
Directions
- Step1Add flour, baking soda and cocoa powder to a bowl
- Step2Mix them well
- Step3Add milk, melted butter, egg, sugar and salt to it
- Step4Mix all the ingredients well
- Step5Place a non stick pan and add 3 drops of oil to it
- Step6Fry them for few minutes till they turn mushy
- Step7Pour ladleful of batter on pan and cook on both the sides until they turn brown in color
- Step8Remove them from pan and serve it hot.
Sprinkle castor sugar or grated chocolate on the top for more taste. If your kids like to have something spicy rice, try Mutton Biryani at home and serve them with Creamy Chicken Curry.
