Easy Chocolate Pancake Recipe
Try this Chocolate Pan Cake with fresh chocolates and make your days special on New Year. Distribute these cakes for kids who love to have something new on the special day. Follow the recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 cupRefined flour
- 3 tablespoonsGrated chocolate
- 1/3 cupCocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoonSoda
- 1 cupMilk
- 2 tablespoonsMelted butter
- 1Egg
- ¼ cupSugar
- pinchSalt
Directions
- Add flour, baking soda and cocoa powder to a bowl
- Mix them well
- Add milk, melted butter, egg, sugar and salt to it
- Mix all the ingredients well
- Place a non stick pan and add 3 drops of oil to it
- Fry them for few minutes till they turn mushy
- Pour ladleful of batter on pan and cook on both the sides until they turn brown in color
- Remove them from pan and serve it hot.
Sprinkle castor sugar or grated chocolate on the top for more taste. If your kids like to have something spicy rice, try Mutton Biryani at home and serve them with Creamy Chicken Curry.
