Healthy Soya Chunk Fry Recipe
When you do not have any veggies at home and searching for what to cook for today’s meal, try this Soya Beans Fry Recipe that is best and healthy dish for rice or roti. You can also stuff the Soya Chunks Fry in paratha roll. Have a quick glance and know the preparation process.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cupSoya chunks
- 2Onions
- 1Tomato
- ¾ teaspoonGinger garlic paste
- ¼ teaspoonRed chili powder
- ¼ teaspoonGaram masala powder
- 2 teaspoonsOil
- ¼ teaspoonFennel seeds powder
- 5 leavesCurry leaves
- Water
- Saltto taste
- 3 teaspoonsCoconut powder
- 3 clovesGarlic
- ¼ teaspoonFennel seeds
- ½ teaspoonWhole pepper powder
- 1Green chili
Directions
- Step1Boil water for 2 minutes and place the soya chunks in hot water for about 2 minutes
- Step2Remove them from hot water and rinse in cold water for two times
- Step3Place a pan on flame and add oil to it
- Step4Add fennel seeds and curry leaves
- Step5Add ginger garlic paste, finely chopped tomatoes, onions to the pan
- Step6Fry them for few minutes till they turn mushy
- Step7Grind coconut powder, garlic, fennel seeds, whole pepper powder and green chili to a smooth paste and add this to the fried tomato mixture
- Step8Saute them for 3 minutes and add soya chunks to it
- Step9Fry them for few minutes. Add water if required and keep frying till soya become golden brown in color
It is one of the Diabetic Friendly Recipe and you can have it with Sprout Bean Salad.
