Veg Hara Bhara Kabab Recipe
Hara Bhara Kabab is one of the popular Veg Kabab Recipe from North Indian cuisine. It is prepared with potatoes, spinach and green peas. You can have these at any time of the day but tastes good and crispy when they are served hot.
Ingredients
- 300gmsPotatoes
- ½ cupCoriander leaves
- 1 cupGreen peas
- 2Green chilies
- 1 bunchPalak
- 3 tablespoonsChickpea flour
- ¼ cupBread crumbs
- 1 ½ teaspoonGinger garlic paste
- Saltto taste
- ½ teaspoonGaram masala powder
- Oilfor frying
Directions
- Step1Boil potatoes and peel their skin off
- Step2Roast the Chick Pea Flour till the raw flavor disappears
- Step3Wash spinach and drain the water completely
- Step4Place a sauce pan on flame and add oil to it
- Step5Saute ginger garlic paste in oil for few seconds and add peas, chilies to it
- Step6Stir fry until peas are cooked and add the spice powders to it
- Step7Blend them together along with spinach and coriander leaves
- Step8Form a smooth paste
- Step9Mash boiled potatoes and add the grounded paste, chick pea flour to it
- Step10Mix them well and form a smooth dough
- Step11Add bread crumbs if you have excess moisture
- Step12Make them into small patties and fry them in hot oil till they become golden brown in color
- Step13Remove them from oil and drain the excess oil on kitchen towel
- Step14Serve it hot with Tomato Chutney.
