Rava Kesari Recipe – How to Prepare Sooji Kesari

Ingredients

  • 1 cupSemolina
  • 1 cupGhee
  • 2 cupsSugar
  • 3 cupsWater
  • ½ teaspoonCardamom powder
  • 8Cashew nuts
  • 8Raisins
  • pinchKesari powder or orange food color

Directions

  • Place a pan on flame and dry roast it for few seconds
  • Heat ghee in another pan and add cashew nuts & raisins separately
  • Remove them to a bowl and keep them aside
