Tasty and Spicy Paneer Bhurji Recipe
Paneer Bhurji is one of the most popular Indian Recipes that is loved by most of the people. It is easy to prepare and spicy dish that tastes great with parathas. Try this easy Crumbled Paneer Recipe at home.
Ingredients
- 200gmsPaneer crumbled
- 2Onions
- 1Tomato
- 2Green chilies
- ½ teaspoonGinger garlic paste
- ¼ teaspoonTurmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoonGaram masala powder
- ¼ teaspoonCumin seeds
- ¼ teaspoonMustard seeds
- Saltto taste
- 1 tablespoonButter or oil
- ¼ cupCoriander leaves
- 10 leavesCurry leaves
Directions
- Step1Crumble the paneer into small pieces and keep it aside
- Step2Place a pan on flame and oil or butter to it
- Step3Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and let it splutter
- Step4Add chopped onions, chilies to the hot oil
- Step5Fry them till they become golden brown in color
- Step6Add ginger garlic paste and fry them till the raw smell disappear
- Step7Add curry leaves and chopped tomatoes
- Step8Cook them till tomatoes become soft
- Step9Add pinch of turmeric powder, salt to the cooked tomatoes
- Step10Add dry garam masala powder, chili powder to the cooked tomatoes
- Step11Mix them well and add the crumbled paneer
- Step12Cook for 5 minutes. Make sure to stir every 2 minutes
- Step13Off the flame and lastly add chopped coriander leaves
- Step14Remove it in a serving bowl and serve it hot with any Parathas
