Anti Cholesterol Shake Recipe – Orange Papaya Banana Shake
Try this Anti Cholesterol shake or juice with orange, papaya and banana that beat your cholesterol. This is unusual combination of fruit juice that is rich in potassium, Vitamin C and fiber. Try this recipe if you want to have cholesterol free body.
Ingredients
- 1Orange
- ¼Papaya
- 1Banana
Directions
- Step1Place all the ingredients except bananas in a blender
- Step2Blend them to juice
- Step3Blend banana to puree an add it to the juice
- Step4Place ice pieces in a tall glass and pour the juice over it
- Step5Have or serve it immediately.
You can add water if you want the juice more watery. You can avoid the pulp by straining the juice using a strainer or muslin cloth. Apart from making puree with banana, you can also try Banana Muffins with the ripe bananas.
