Prep Time: 15min Cook time: 25min Ingredients: 1Onions,1 cupPasta,1 teaspoonChopped garlic,¼ cupChopped carrots,1 teaspoonRed chili powder,¼ cupChopped capsicum,2 tablespoonsPeas,¼ teaspoonTurmeric powder,½ teaspoonGaram masala powder,¼ teaspoonBlack pepper powder,pinchKasoori methi,½ teaspoonItalian seasoning,Saltto taste,2 tablespoonsChopped coriander leaves,Olive oilfor cooking,2 teaspoonsCumin seeds, Instructions: Add 4 cups of water to bowl of pasta Add pinch of salt and boil for about 12 minutes as per the instructions on package Drain the water of pasta in another bowl and store the water for future use Boil water and place a tomato in boiled water for a minute Run the tomato through cold water and peel off the skin Grind it coarsely Place a pan on flame and add oil to it Add jeera and garlic to it.
