Ingredients
- 250gmsFrench beans
- 3Potatoes
- ½ teaspoonTurmeric powder
- ½ teaspoonRed chili powder
- ½ teaspoonGaram masala powder
- 1 teaspoonAmchur powder
- Oilfor frying
- Saltto taste
Directions
- Clean the potatoes and French beans with water
- Heat the pan and add oil to it
- Cut the potatoes as thin long slices and beans to 1cm inch
- Add potatoes to hot oil and fry them for about 3 to 4 minutes
- Add beans and saute them for about 10 minutes by stirring them occasionally
- Add turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder and fry them for 10 more minutes
- Add garam masala powder and amchur powder at the end and stir them well
- Off the flame and remove it in a serving bowl
- The tasty Aloo Beans Fry is ready to serve to your guest.
Serve the curry with rotis along with curd. It is also served as a side dish along with Sambar Rice.
