Tasty Leftover Rice Paratha Recipe

Have left over rice with you now? Here is a great idea to use the left over rice and create an altogether excellent recipe. Make Rice Paratha with rice with just few ingredients and have it your breakfast.
Ingredients
- ½ cupRice
- 2Green chilies
- 1 teaspoonRed chili powder
- pinchTurmeric
- ½ teaspoonJeera powder
- 1 tablespoonCoriander leaves
- pinchSalt
- 1 cupWheat flour
Directions
- Add left over rice in a bowl
- Add salt, chopped green chilies, turmeric powder, jeera powder, chopped coriander leaves to it
- Mix them well and keep aside
- Now prepare dough using wheat flour
- Roll it to require size and stuff the mixture in centre
- Bring the edges together and dust it with flour
- Prepare it like a roti using a rolling stick
- Do not press the rotis more as the stuff get disturbed
- Heat the roti pan and place the prepared roti on it
- Add oil to it and roast the paratha till it get brown in color

- Turn the other side and roast in the same way
- Off the flame and transfer it to serving plate. Serve it with curd or any chutney.
