Best and Yummy Chilli Parotta Recipe

Chilli Parotta is one of the famous South Indian Recipe and tastes good with kurma or raita. Add egg or chicken pieces to it for more taste.
Ingredients
- 2Fresh parotta
- 1Onions
- 1Capsicum
- 3Garlic
- 1 inchGinger
- 2 tablespoonsCoriander leaves
- 1 teaspoonRed chili powder
- ½ teaspoonSambar powder
- ¼ teaspoonGaram masala powder
- 1 teaspoonChili or tomato sauce
- Saltto taste
- 2 tablespoonsSpring onions
- 2 tablespoonsGrated carrot
Directions
- Prepare parottas and toast them to golden brown
- Let them cool. Once they are cooled, cut them into pieces of desired size with knife
- Chop the onions, capsicums into strips
- Crush the garlic clove and chop the ginger
- Slit the green chilies and chop the coriander leaves
- Place pan on oil and add oil to it
- Add the crushed garlic cloves to oil along with chopped ginger
- Fry them till they turn to golden color
- Add onions to it and fry till they turn transparent
- Then add capsicum, slit chilies, coriander leaves
- Fry them for 2 minutes on low flame
- Add sambar powder, garam masala powder, red chili powder and salt
- Add sauce and mix all the ingredients well
- Add the parotta pieces and mix it well so that the sauce along with spices are evenly spread to parottas
- Add coriander leaves, spring onions and grated carrot to it finally
- Stir them well and off the flame
- Remove it in a serving plate and have it hot
Add the beaten egg before adding the spices to make the dish yummier.
