Yummy Spongy Rasgulla Recipe

Moist Rasgulla Recipe is one sweet that Bengalis cannot live without it. When you taste it once, for sure you will fall in love, as it is super soft and delicious in taste.
Ingredients
- 2 litresLow fat milk
- ¼ cupLemon juice
- 1 teaspoonMaida
- 4 cupsSugar syrup flavored with cardamom
Directions
- Remove the excess cream that floats on the milk and boil the milk on low heat
- Add lemon juice that is mixed with water to the milk till the milk curdles
- Off the flame and leave the mixture aside for about 5 minutes
- Remove the water and leave the paneer in colander for about 3 to 4 hours
- Mash paneer very smooth
- Add flour to paneer and mash it some more time
- Boil 5 cups of water and shape paneer into balls
- Transfer the balls into boiling water and cover it with a lid
- Cook it till the paneer is puffed up for about 20 minutes
- Off the flame and set it aside
- Squeeze out the water and transfer it to the sugar syrup
- Chill it and serve it to your guest.
