Yummy Spongy Rasgulla Recipe
Moist Rasgulla Recipe is one sweet that Bengalis cannot live without it. When you taste it once, for sure you will fall in love, as it is super soft and delicious in taste.
Ingredients
- 2 litresLow fat milk
- ¼ cupLemon juice
- 1 teaspoonMaida
- 4 cupsSugar syrup flavored with cardamom
Directions
- Step1Remove the excess cream that floats on the milk and boil the milk on low heat
- Step2Add lemon juice that is mixed with water to the milk till the milk curdles
- Step3Off the flame and leave the mixture aside for about 5 minutes
- Step4Remove the water and leave the paneer in colander for about 3 to 4 hours
- Step5Mash paneer very smooth
- Step6Add flour to paneer and mash it some more time
- Step7Boil 5 cups of water and shape paneer into balls
- Step8Transfer the balls into boiling water and cover it with a lid
- Step9Cook it till the paneer is puffed up for about 20 minutes
- Step10Off the flame and set it aside
- Step11Squeeze out the water and transfer it to the sugar syrup
- Step12Chill it and serve it to your guest.
