Chocolate Passover Cookies Recipes

Ingredients
- ¾ cupOil
- ¾ cupCocoa
- 2 cupsSugar
- 4Eggs
- 2 teaspoonsVanilla
- 2cupsPotato starch
- 2 teaspoonsBaking powder
- 2cupsPowdered sugar
Directions
- Step1Take a mixing bowl and add oil, cocoa, sugar
- Step2Mix them well.
- Step3Beat eggs one at a time and add vanilla to it
- Step4Mix them well.
- Step5Add dry ingredients and till it form a thick batter
- Step6Chill the batter for 7 to 8 hours in refrigerator
- Step7After the batter is chilled, if the batter looks more watery add potato starch to it
- Step8Line a baking tray with baking paper
- Step9Rub your hands with sugar powder and roll some batter into balls
- Step10Coat the balls completely with sugar and put the balls on lined baking tray
- Step11Bake it for about 10 minutes under 350 degrees F until cookies turn crinkle
- Step12Remove the cookies and serve it once they become cool
