Ramzan Special Crispy Fried Chicken Recipe
Try this Moist and Crispy Chicken Fry Recipe and have it as snack in the evening during Ramzan month. It is an excellent recipe and the taste lies in seasoning the recipe with different ingredients. Have a look at this Fried Chicken recipe.
Ingredients
- ½ cupAll purpose flour
- 2Eggs
- ½ cupMilk
- ½ teaspoonSoy sauce
- 2 clovesGarlic
- ¾ cupBread crumbs
- Saltto taste
- ½ teaspoonGarlic powder
- ½ teaspoonOnion powder
- 2 teaspoonsBlack pepper
- 1 tablespoonChili powder
- Oilfor frying
- 5 piecesChicken
Directions
- Take different bowls and add bread crumbs, milk, all purpose flour
- Place pan on low flame and add oil to it
- Coat the chicken pieces with all purpose flour, then tip them in milk
- Then coat it with egg and finally with bread crumbs
- Deep fry the chicken pieces on oil under low flame
- Make sure that the chicken pieces inside the coating are cooked perfectly
- Remove them oil after they turn golden brown in color and place them on a paper towel
- Sprinkle pepper powder and chili powder at the top
- Add soya sauce to the pan and then add the chicken pieces init
- Fry them for 2 minutes and off the flame
- Remove the chicken pieces in a serving plate and serve it with onions cut in round shape along with tomatoes.
If you would like to have the chicken pieces crispy, then do not add the pieces to soya sauce and have it directly. Soya sauce makes the chicken pieces little bit moist and tastes good. Generally, Muslims keep fasting on this day and like to have something yummy at the end of the day. So they can try this recipe as a snack item and have it during these days.
