  • 5Small brinjals
  • 1cupGram flour
  • as per requiredWater
  • ¼ teaspoonTurmeric powder
  • ¼ teaspoonChili powder
  • ½ teaspoonCoriander powder
  • pinchBaking soda
  • Saltto taste
  • Oilfor frying

Directions
