Creamy Masala Chicken Recipe
Have Creamy Chicken Masala Dish with delicious noodles or even with hot rice. Try this recipe with chicken breasts and more spices for better taste.
Ingredients
- 3 piecesChicken breasts
- ½ tablespoonGinger garlic paste
- ½ teaspoonChili powder
- 1 cupFresh coriander leaves
- 1Lime
- 2 tablespoonsVegetable oil
- 1Onion
- 1Red chili
- 1 teaspoonTurmeric powder
- 284ml cartonDouble cream
- 1 cupBasmati rice
Directions
- Take a mixing bowl and add chicken pieces, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander, lime juice
- Mix them well and keep aside
- Chop onions and chili
- Place pan on low flame and add oil to it
- Heat the oil on low flame and place the marinated chicken piece one after the other in oil
- Stir fry the chicken pieces for about 3 to 4 minutes till they become soft
- Pour cream in it and cook on low flame for about 3 minutes
- Off the flame and add the lemon juice at the end and remove it in a serving bowl
- Serve it with hot rice, noodles or roti.
If you want to have it spicy, then add cloves, cinnamon stick, and more chili powder before adding marinated chicken pieces to oil. The more the spices are the yummy the taste is. As this is easy to prepare and has minimum ingredients for preparing the dish, kids can try to make the dish on father’s day and surprise them.
