Ingredients

1 cupButter
1 ¼ cupSugar
1/8 teaspoonPink food coloring
3Eggs
1 teaspoonVanilla extract
1 ½ cupsAll-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoonBaking powder
¼ cupBaking soda
pinchSalt
Butter milk
2 cupsBaking Chips
½ cupWhipping cream
1 tablespoonButter

Directions

Step1Take a large bowl and add butter, sugar, food coloring. Mix them well till it becomes fluffy
Step2Add eggs one at a time and beat them well
Step3Add vanilla and add beat it well
Step4Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt to it
Step5Add creamed mixture and beat them well
Step6Fill the muffin cups to two thirds and bake it for 20 minutes under 350 degrees F
Step7When you insert the toothpick it should come out clean indicating that the cake is perfectly cooked
Step8Place the baking chips in a small bowl
Step9Boil cream in a sauce pan and pour over the chips
Step10Whisk until it become smooth and stir in butter
Step11Chill for 30 minutes
Step12Frost the cup cakes and roll edges of cupcakes with coarse sugar
Step13Decorate the cakes with sugar peals and serve it as a birthday cake for your child.
