Ingredients
- 4 tablespoonsDe skinned almonds
- 1 cupChopped bananas
- 1 ½ cupsChilled milk
- 2 tablespoonsSugar
- ½ teaspoonVanilla essence
- 6Ice cubes
Directions
- Take a blender and place almonds, bananas, milk init
- Blind them till the texture becomes smooth and frothy
- Add sugar to it along with 1 cup of milk, vanilla essence and ice cubes
- Blend them in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy
- Pour the Banana Smoothie in equal quantities in different glasses and serve it to your kids.
