Healthy Four Bean Salad Recipe
If you are bean lovers, try this Bean Salad Recipe and have it as your dinner. Add some crunchy celery along with the beans to make the dish more interesting.
Ingredients
- ½ cupKidney beans
- ½ cupSoya beans
- ½ cupWhole bean grams
- 50gmsFrench beans
- 1 inch pieceGinger
- 1 teaspoonRed chili sauce
- 1 teaspoonMixed fruit jam
- Saltto taste
- 1 teaspoonVinegar
Directions
- Take a salad bowl and add boiled kidney beans, moong beans, French beans, whole gram beans and mix them well
- Chop ginger and squeeze the juice from it
- Add 1 tablespoon of ginger to the mixture and mix it well
- Add red chili sauce, salt, mixed fruit jam and vinegar. Mix them well
- Have it immediately for your dinner.
