Ingredients
- 1Onions
- 1Tomato
- 1 inchGinger
- 1Green chilies
- 2 tablespoonsRice flour
- ½ cupSoya beans
- Saltto taste
Directions
- Add soya beans, ginger, salt, green chili and required water to the mixer
- Grind it into fine paste and the consistency should be like an idly batter
- Add rice flour to it
- Place a dosa pan on the flame and heat it
- Pour soya mixture on the pan using ladle
- Spread it on pan by forming it in circles
- Cook it for 2 minutes on the sides on low flame
